Shipping Policy

All orders $1000+ ship “signature required” at no extra cost.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free Ground shipping. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. 

 Processing Time

Orders placed after noon PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out after Monday. As we are closed during the weekend, we do not ship packages during that time, we apologize for the delay. We try to ship all orders within 5 business days.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free Ground shipping please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Yes. We offer UPS 2nd day for a fee.

When will my expedited order ship?

Expedited orders will ship as requested same day, if after 12pm pst we can't promise sameday shipping, at which point it will ship expedited on the following business day. If you choose expedited shipping on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it will ship expedited on the following business day (Monday) unless it’s a holiday weekend.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

International Customers

Do you accept orders from international customers?

Currently we do not. We will be implementing international shipping in the near future.
